Description
Existence of dark matter (DM) is inevitable today. In presence of a non-thermal DM candidate in the spectrum the particle just above the DM candidate is usually long-lived particle (LLP) in the scale of collider detctors. If in addition such LLP candidate be a charged one, a very interesting signature of Heavy Stable Charged Track can be observed inside LHC, in contrast to usual MET searches of DM. Such signatures have already examined in SUSY. I will discuss couple of non-SUSY scenarios where a similar signature can be observed.
