People in the waiting list should not pay the FEE or send the registration form to the hotel before receiving the confirmation.
Participants are requested to fill both the on-line form and the hotel registration form. To complete the hotel reservation is necessary to send the Hotel Registration Form to the Hotel Porto Conte (Mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, Phone: +39-079942035, Fax: +39-079942045).
Staying at Hotel Porto Conte is mandatory for all the participants.
Hotel rates for the school are intended for full board accommodation (room, breakfast and 2 meals) and are reported in the registration form.
Due to the limited number of available single rooms in the hotel, the accommodation in a single room will be considered as much as possible in the order in which they are received.
The partecipation fee has been fixed at 150 € and it includes the material course, welcome address, coffee breaks and social event and dinner.
Fee payment can be done within the May 10th by wire transfer using the payment details reported below
