      • The run stopped at the end of 2022 due to network problems; no more data have been taken.
      • Andrea recalls that the quality of BLU data was worse than that of ROSSO and NERO.

      Simulation

      • Mulder uses by default an altitude of 598m
      • Shadow around elevation angle 25
      •  Both free sky and vesuvio MULDER simulations have a different muon flux with respect to calculations.

      Yanwen 

              Feedbacks:

      • Add ratio of the calculations and simulation GUAN curve. This way it is easier to grasp the percentage difference.
      • Use log scale on the flux.

              Next steps:

      • Debug the Free Sky MULDER simulation (central topic of upcoming meetings).
        • Yanwen suspects that the way scattering is implemented in MULDER could be part of the problem.
        • Gabor suggests experimenting and tweaking other simulation parameters as well.
      • Collaboration with Gabor:
            Yanwen will provide the elevation and rock-thickness maps, and Gabor will run the prediction calculations. He will provide results using two or three average rock densities. The objective is to integrate this information into TURTLE.
