Extracting unpolarised TMDs from data

In this seminar I will discuss the extraction of unpolarised Transverse-Momentum-Dependent parton distribution functions (TMDs) from data. I will review the theoretical framework of TMD factorisation, the handling of non-perturbative corrections, and the status of global fits. The presentation will also highlight recent progress, including neural-network parametrisations, applications to precision measurements of alpha_s and the W boson mass, and the extraction of gluon TMDs from LHC data.
