In 2009 universal Cryogenic Magnetic Detector of third generation (CMD-3) is going to start data taking at new e+e− collider VEPP-2000 in energy range from threshold of hadron production and up to 2 GeV in center-of-mass energy. Physics Program of the detector includes study of exclusive channels of hadron production, light vector mesons spectroscopy, rare decays, n − ¯n and p − ¯p formfactors near production threshold etc. The measurements of hadronic cross section are extremely important from point of calculation of hadronic contribution to vacuum polarization in anomalous magnetic moment of muon. In the talk we report about the perspectives on improvements of hadronic cross section measurements with CMD-3 detector at VEPP-2000 collider.
